- It has been used or damaged by human error
- The packaging is incomplete or accessories are missing
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
IV. Return Requirements

- The packaging and accessories are complete
- It has not been severely used or modified
- It has order information or proof of purchase attached
V. Refund Policy
- Refund Processing Time: 3 days (Days) Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval. Arrival times may vary slightly depending on the payment method. Bank processing time is beyond the control of this website.
VI. Exchange Policy
If inventory allows, you can apply for an exchange for the same item. If out of stock, refunds will be prioritized. Some items may not be eligible for exchange during clearance sales.
VII. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues, this website will cover the shipping costs. For returns not due to quality issues, the user may be responsible for the shipping costs. Specific details will be provided after confirmation by customer service.
